14-Day Refund Policy
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason.

All refunds are processed via Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
How to Request a Refund

We will process your refund request promptly. Refunds are handled through Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee refunds beyond this period, we may consider exceptions in the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double billing) due to a system error.
- Service Failure: If the extension completely fails to function on your device and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Any refunds granted after the 14-day period are at our sole discretion and will be processed via Paddle.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please note that canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day refund window.
