AI Exporter Hub provides browser extensions that facilitate the export and synchronization of data from various AI platforms to third-party applications like Notion and Obsidian.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

A. Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or yearly).

B. Universal Pass & Lifetime Access

• Manual Activation: For security reasons, "Universal Pass" and "Lifetime" accounts may require manual verification. We guarantee activation within 24 hours of purchase.
• Lifetime Definition: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product. If the Service is discontinued, the lifetime subscription will terminate.

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason. All refunds are processed via Paddle, our authorized payment processor.

3. Platform Dependency & Disclaimer

Important: Our Service depends on third-party platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion, Claude).

• We cannot guarantee that these platforms will not change their code, API, or terms of use.
• If a third-party platform updates its interface and breaks our extension, we will make reasonable efforts to fix it as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee immediate or permanent fixes.
• We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Notion, Google, or Anthropic.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or authentication tokens used to access the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Exporter Hub.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Exporter Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
