How to Cancel Your Subscription

We designed our extension to be lightweight and privacy-focused, which means we do not require you to create an account or log in. Your subscription is entirely linked to the email address you used during checkout.

Because there is no account dashboard, you can easily cancel your subscription using one of the two methods below:

Method 1: Cancel via your Confirmation Email (Fastest)

When you first subscribed, you received a confirmation email and receipt from our payment provider.

1. Search your email inbox for the product name (e.g., “ChatGPT to Notion”), “Subscription”, or the receipt from our payment partner.

2. Open the email and look for a link that says “Manage Subscription”, “View Invoice”, or “Update Payment Method”.

3. Click the link to access your secure customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription immediately with one click.

Method 2: Contact Support (We’ll do it for you)

If you cannot find the original confirmation email, don’t worry! We can manually process the cancellation for you.

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel Subscription”.

2. Important: Please ensure you email us from the exact address you used to purchase the subscription, or include that email address in your message so we can locate your record.

3. We will process your request and send you a confirmation within 24 hours. No further charges will be applied.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose access immediately?

No. When you cancel, your subscription will simply not renew. You will continue to have full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
