  • Text Exports (Notion, Obsidian, Markdown, JSON): All processing happens locally within your browser. Your conversation data is sent directly from the AI provider (e.g., ChatGPT) to your destination (e.g., Notion) without passing through our servers.
  • PDF Exports: PDF files are generated locally in your browser using built-in browser PDF capabilities. Your conversation data is not uploaded to our servers for PDF generation, and we do not retain your conversation content.

B. Account Information

To provide access to Pro features (Single Pro or Universal Pass), we collect limited personal information:

  • Email Address: Used for account authentication, subscription management, and important service updates.
  • Payment Data: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Paddle, Creemio, Stripe, LemonSqueezy). We do not store your credit card information.

C. Usage Data

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., "1,000 exports performed today") to improve product performance and identify bugs. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms. Please review their privacy policies:

  • Notion / Obsidian: When you sync data, you are subject to their respective privacy terms.
  • AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.): We do not control how these platforms handle your data.

  • Communication between the extension and third-party APIs is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Access tokens (e.g., Notion Access Token) are stored locally in your browser's secure storage (Chrome Sync Storage) and are never sent to our servers.

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Chat Content: Never retained by us.
