Batch Sync
Sync the latest 1,000 Midjourney creations or all available history to Google Sheets with 100-row writes, success-ID skipping, progress, and failure logs.
Configure the run
Before starting:
- Confirm the Midjourney account is recognized.
- Confirm Google is connected.
- Choose an authorized spreadsheet.
- Decide whether to enable Skip synced success data.
- Choose Sync latest data (1000 records) or Sync all data.
How rows are written
The exporter:
- Fetches a page of Midjourney creations.
- Parses prompts and parameters.
- Builds rows in groups of up to 100.
- Finds the next empty row in the first worksheet tab.
- Appends the batch with
USER_ENTEREDhandling so the image-preview formula is evaluated. - Records successful Midjourney IDs locally.

Monitor and cancel
The workspace reports:
- Current page and item
- Total processed records
- Success count
- Failure count
- Current sync message
Use the cancel action to stop a long all-data run. Rows already written remain in the spreadsheet.
Free limit
The current free workflow stops after 30 records. The shared MidjourneyExporter pricing page offers:
- $4.90 per month
- $49 per year
- $69 lifetime
Retry a failed run
- Review or download failed-record history.
- Confirm Google authorization is still active.
- Confirm the destination is still authorized.
- Keep Skip synced success data enabled.
- Start the run again.
Successful IDs are skipped, so a retry can focus on records that were not completed.
