Select what to sync

Open the extension popup and choose Chat Pages or GPT Projects. Use the page controls and start/end range to limit the run, or choose the available history range for a larger backup.

Choose duplicate handling

• Skip sync if exists keeps an existing Airtable record unchanged.
• Overwrite if exists replaces the existing record with the current ChatGPT content.
• Always insert new pages creates a new record for every export.

Run the sync

Start the sync and keep the popup open while progress is reported. Long conversations can be split across multiple records; each part includes PartIndex, PartCount, and ParentChatId so it can be grouped again in Airtable.

Images and files are uploaded when media export is enabled and the source asset is available. If a media upload fails, the text record can still be reviewed and retried separately.
